Duty scheduling for guard personnel that spreads workload fairly, with Telegram notifications.

Stagmont Guardroom (SGR) builds duty schedules and spreads the workload fairly across guard personnel. It also tracks leave, off days, medical appointments and MCs, and keeps anyone who is away off the roster so schedulers never assign them by mistake.

Notifications go through a Telegram bot, @stagmont_bot, which manages three groups.

Telegram groups

–Appointment: receives the daily parade state (manpower list) and leave or appointment requests, which the guard commander approves or rejects right in the chat
–Planning: draft schedules are shared here for a final check. Planners can !send a schedule to the schedule group, !schedule it to go out at 10pm, or !cancel a scheduled send
–Schedule: receives the final roster for the next day
